The Finn Cottages & Saunas is a nature-immersive cottage and sauna retreat in New Hampshire's White Mountains. Finnish calm, New Hampshire wild. We host guests year-round and take pride in clean, warm, well-kept spaces that let people slow down and recharge.

The role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to handle turnovers and upkeep across our cottages and sauna spaces. This is a part-time, year-round position with a flexible schedule built around guest check-in and check-out days. Hours vary with occupancy, with heavier weekends and holiday periods.

What you'll do

• Clean and reset cottages between guest stays: strip and remake beds, change linens and towels, sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
• Clean and reset sauna and cold-plunge areas to a high standard
• Restock guest supplies, amenities, and firewood as needed
• Do laundry (wash, dry, fold, and stage linens and towels)
• Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, or missing items and report them promptly
• Keep common areas, walkways, and shared spaces tidy
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and flag reorders

What we're looking for

• Prior housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a well-finished space
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation to Conway, NH
• Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet for the full shift
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule and pay

• Part-time, year-round; hours scale with occupancy
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Pay commensurate with experience
