What's the minimum stay?
Holiday weekends will require 2 nights. Otherwise, come visit at your leisure.

What are check-in and check-out times? Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 10 am. But we can often be flexible.

Is it self check-in, or is someone there? We're working on self check-in. More details to come

How many cabins are there, and how many people do they sleep?
We will open with 4 cabins as part of phase 1 in January 2027. We'll renovate the remaining 5 cabins and the lodge in Spring and Fall of 2027. Each cabin will have a minimum of one Queen bed (some will have two Queens) sleeping 2-4 people per cabin. Call us to ask about each cabin.

Is there WiFi?
Yep. We work remote too. We know it's important. We have high speed internet throughout the property.

Is there parking?
Yes, each cabin will have 1 dedicated space. Additional parking and snowmobile/trailer parking available on request.

Are dogs really welcome?
Yes, we believe in "pawspitality" . Your furkids are part of your family and should travel with you.

How many dogs per cabin?
2, if you need to bring more just call us for special arrangements. We have three. We get it.

Is there a pet fee?
Yes, $50 per stay to cover a deeper cleaning. We want to make it easy to travel with them. If they cause damage it's on you to pay for repairs. We get it, it happens. Just be a good dog owner.

Is the sauna private or shared?
Phase 1 will open with one sauna. However, your time slot will be private and accommodate up to 6 people.

How do I use it / do I need to book a time? Our new booking engine will allow you to reserve your 1st private session included as part of your stay. Any additional 1 hour slots will be $55 dollars an hour per session, not per person.

Is the cold plunge open year-round?
Yes, it's the Swift Brook in the back of the property. Plunge in Feb, swim in July. Alternative cold plunges will be added shortly at "higher" temperatures....like 50 degrees. You're coming to "cold plunge" after all.

Is it safe / any guidance for first-timers? We're not doctors (and no, we didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night), so we can't give medical advice. Sauna use carries risks, especially if you're pregnant or have a heart condition, so check with your physician first. New to it? Start short, stay hydrated, and step out if you feel unwell. Use at your own risk.

Where exactly are you?
This is a really good question, and sometimes even locals will give you different answers. Our zip code says Conway. Google says Albany. Our mortgage statement says Madison. Who is right? ....The bank. The bank is right. (Hi MVSB!). But put 1681 NH Route 16 Conway, NH 03818 into Waze or Google Maps and you'll find us.

What's the nearest airport?
Portland (PWM), ME — 65 mi / ~1 hr 15 min. Closest; easiest for most guests.
Manchester (MHT), NH — 100 mi / ~1 hr 50 min. Small and low-stress.
Boston Logan (BOS), MA — 140 mi / ~2 hr 30 min. Farthest, but the most flights and best fares.

What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted 7 days prior to arrival with no fee. Within 7 days of arrival the full reservation will be due.

Is smoking allowed?
Nope, not inside. We keep The Finn smoke-free so every guest gets that fresh mountain-air smell instead of last week's smoke. Smoking is welcome outdoors in designated areas only. A $500 fee applies if there's evidence of smoking in a cabin, which covers deep cleaning and taking the room offline for a full day. Take it outside, please and thank you.

Are events/parties allowed?
We welcome full and partial buyouts of the property. With a weather-appropriate buyout (we don't have an indoor space yet), we can also host events of up to 20 people total, with your choice of outside catering. Planning a wedding and want a rehearsal dinner by the brook? We've got you. Guys' snowmobiling weekend with whiskeys around the firepit? Bring it on. Corporate retreat with some team building?
